I really enjoyed them both ( I bought the dumbells one and the bodyweight one.) I liked the pared down look as well, no need for flashy gear and posh gym backgrounds! I find a lot of fitness videos seem to feel the need to pimp themselves up with annoying perma-tanned grinning gym bunny types hanging around posing in the background, the lack of which in your own productions were refreshing!
I've been trying out the combinations of exercises from the bodyweight workouts and found them to be tremendously effective. I was initially dubious about the 4 minute time frame but am no longer after trying it out. It works!
